Eligibility for Refund:

• No Refunds are allowed. only exchange is allowed for damaged or defective products received.
• The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process:

• Contact us at support@pravavi.com with order details and images of the defective item. If we will not able to exchange due to out of stock or any other case, we will approve the refund.
• Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

• All products including the products damaged due to customer negligence.
• Customized or personalized products.
